“Most of the time, our groceries are delivered to our address. However, today (August 11, 2023) and on one previous occasion, our groceries were delivered to the wrong address. This is a kind reminder to Walmart in Herriman (assuming they read these): PLEASE make sure your drivers are delivering our groceries to OUR address, NOT someone else's!“

“Great products and great service. What more can you ask for? My story if you’re interested in the extent this small bakery goes through for service. I live in Idaho. My parents in West Jordan. I like to get them treats on occasion. Getting a good product, you never see and getting it to them at the right time has been the challenge. This latest occasion was for Father's Day 2023. I looked up some local bakeries on google that I hoped could deliver in time and had good reviews. I didn't know what to expect when I got in touch with the Flour Box Bakery. It was after hours when I sent a message on their website, expecting to be contacted the next day. I received a message from Gienie (pronounced Jenny if I'm not mistaken) at 9:42 PM that night. We texted and agreed Friday at 9AM to talk. As agreed, she called me on time. Of course, as timing goes, I wasn’t available to talk. She texted me again to follow up. We texted and talked and all of it was smooth and helpful. Initially I was looking for delivery but upon ordering I had a change of plans. I bounced back and forth between pickup and delivery a few times. Gienie was amazing and patient with her accommodations. Not only did she take care of what I needed, she gave great advice. She texted me when the baking was completed and another when it was delivered. She also threw in a few favorites as “extras” at no charge, which was not necessary but appreciated. I didn't get to personally taste the product being in Idaho. I did confirm with my parents who gave rave reviews on the baked goods and friendliness of servcie. I look forward to trying other products and will be ordering more on my next trip to visit. Thank you Gienie.“

“Great pies. I went on pi day. I ordered the three small pies, after asking if they had the special Rocky Road pie and I was told no I picked three different ones. Then they found out that they had some of the rocky road pie and I had already paid by then. I told them no problem I'll get it the next time the gentleman that was working there had the young lady at the cash register give it to me at no charge. Great customer service and yummy pies. I will definitely be back.“

“This is seriously the best bakery/cafe in the Salt Lake Valley! The food and coffee is beautiful and delicious, served in an atmosphere of all good vibes! With sweet and savory options, I always find something perfect to eat. You can definitely tell the staff takes great pride in their craft.“

“Food and service were both amazing! This will be a favorite of ours from now on. We wish there was space for indoor seating, but the outdoor seating will be nice in warmer weather. Excellent selection of sweet and savory Kolaches. Drip coffee and creamer is a nice convenience as well. Open at 6:30am and baking stops at 11am.“

“This was such a fun shop to visit. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by displays of yummy breads, desserts, and even soup mixes. There is a small indoor eating area where you can order delicious sandwiches. They also have samples of different breads and desserts. The employees were all very nice, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely be going back.“
