I absolutely LOVE Rise By Good Day! Moving here frrom a town in IL just north of Chicago, I never expected to find quality kielbasa in UT... but low and behold, Rise By Good Day has saved my polish cravings and kept my stomach happy. You have to get the Weselna Kielbasa. It is my absolute favorite. You also cannot go wrong with pierogies either. Or the poppy seed bread. Or the polish apple pie. I picked up an order of paczkis tonight, and they are delicious. I’m not a huge fan of the plum(I’m not a big fan Of plums overall), but the Bavarian cream and currant were to die for. I dropped in a day early, because I had told them the wrong date, and they were quick to fill my order, and did not push me away until the following day, which I really appreciated. Highly satisfied.
