I'm from the east coast. I have eaten at Pats and several other places in Philly. The sandwiches we had today were the bomb.

Moochie's Cheesesteaks is a long-standing and favorite sandwich shop with a very laid back and casual, though sometimes fast-food like, atmosphere. The cheesesteaks are fantastic, bigger than expected, and described as warm, cheesy, and yummy, though some note the meat alone can be bland. Sandwiches like the Philly cheesesteak with onions and mushrooms come all mixed together. The chili cheesesteak is also mentioned. The fries are much bigger and better than typical fast food, coming lightly coated. Their unique sauces are really tasty, with sauce bottles available from the fridge. The staff is always friendly, in good spirits, and provides excellent service. The food is always great, fresh, flavorful, and consistently high quality. A common complaint is that there is always a line, and the parking lot can be a little hard to exit.
