Mo Bettahs is where its at for Hawaiian BBQ in SLC. They can often get busy during peak lunch and dinner hours so be ready to stand in line and or order on their app. The lines don't bother me as it is a testament to how good their food is. I love this place! Good for lunch, dinner, and if they were open early enough I’d eat them for breakfast! Work closely and once you smell them start cooking it’s like a mouse to the pied piper!
