This is rated on an Arby's scale. every time we come to this Arby's the people are rude, and they always mess something up on our order.Today We came and I got a double beef and cheddar which didn't taste right at all. one of the new bourbon bbq chicken sliders which I had to tell them about 4 times I wanted chicken and I still got the rib. and some chicken sliders that were rock hard...

I've been here twice in the last month. Both times there was more sauce on the outside of the bun and wrapper then the inside of the sandwich. Other Arby's do a great job. Won't be returning here.
