I was if I could be helped and when I started yo order the gentleman was doing something else. He took my order I didn't get a receipt as the machine wasn't working, he then told me my number was 32. When I got my order my fries were stone cold an I took them back and they said oh the warmer is off we will make you some fresh ones and bring them to you. Burger King is not my favorite fast food place, but every once in awhile I crave it. Has a nostalgia for me. Used the app worked great. Good deals. Prices were great. Having been too good location 2 times now I would recommend. If you like Burger King this is a good location.

I don't know. It just felt lazy. I waited in the drive-thru for about 5 minutes before somebody ever came to the window. The store wasn't busy at all, there was just a bunch of employees sitting around. I don't know, not a horrible experience, just wasn't super impressed. The food was also pretty dry.
