“Easy ordering. I asked Erika what was on a couple different burgers and she was very helpful. Friendly staff. I just had my usual famous star combo. Tasted great. One of the drink machines was out of order but the other worked fine for me. Burger was just as I ordered and expected it. The dining area was clean and the restrooms were also. Didn't have to wait very long in line to order.“

“I was quite surprised that Osaka was gone but there still was a place to get my chicken and shrimp and salmon. I got home and was so disappointed when my o rder was messed up. I called and the manger was so good to help replace my meal and make it right im very happy with the amount of respect the manager gave me I will be coming back“

“Kudos to store 2118 for the absolute best customer service I've experienced!! Rick, GM, was absolutely amazing when I called back to compliment the delivery driver! He listened and even offered to give her an extra tip out of his pocket. Tanya, the delivery driver, was one of the most kind and compassionate people I've met in my life, she delivered far more than a sandwich on 10/19!“
