The food is always delicious! When I asked about gluten free they automatically changed gloves. I was disappointed that the horchata, limonade & tea we're all out.
Today I didn’t realize until after I got home that I was missing an entree of two chicken tacos from my order. Then we came to realize that the grilled chicken salad we got had hardly any chicken in it. So it was already frustrating to be missing an entire meal that was meant to be split between two of our kids, then we don’t even have enough chicken in the salad to try and divvy out to share with our kid that now doesn’t have a meal.

Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill is a popular restaurant known for its fresh food and friendly service. Customers appreciate the fast service and the vibrant atmosphere of the location. Many enjoy meals like the smothered steak burrito and chicken salad. However, some reviews note a decline in food quality and portion sizes over the years, possibly due to economic factors. While the restaurant offers gluten-free options and takes allergies seriously, there have been concerns about undercooked pinto beans in certain dishes. Despite mixed reviews on food consistency, the staff is highlighted for their kindness and helpfulness, especially during catering events. Overall, Costa Vida remains a recommended choice for those seeking fresh Mexican cuisine with accommodating service.
