Everyone behind the counter just seems like they don’t want to be there, also what is the point of the app having a special request spot if they never read it? I was just trying to get a sandwich on my lunch break with a coupon and cool, at least it had protein I’ll eat on it, but what is the point of the app if I can’t customize the protein. I even specifically bought an expensive protein and doubled it to get a cheaper protein as a second. Just read the instructions...read full review
Quick shout out to Vernon who prepared my sandwich. This was probably the best customer service encounter I’ve had at a Subway. Vernon was very personable, warm, and helpful. Although my stay was short, he took good care of me and wanted to make sure it got back to him!
There are no public or patron bathrooms here. We had to walk down to the Marriott and use their bathrooms.

SUBWAY is a great location, offering excellent sandwiches and outstanding service. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the staff are very talkative and kind and polite. The two gentlemen are so friendly and provide the best subway experience you could ever get. The menu includes the sub club, which is always delicious, and kids' meals are available. Subway's fast service and convenient location, both within the City Mall Food Court and with street parking options, make it a popular spot.
