Starbucks Coffee Company is a cafe that can be overwhelmingly busy, even when short staffed. The staff is often friendly, straightforward, and efficient, doing their best during busy times, though some employees can seem disgruntled or give attitude. The store itself has a cozy, sometimes dark atmosphere with a split-level design and large windows offering a beautiful view and tons of natural light, perfect for people-watching. However, the seating can be uncomfortable and the arrangement of chairs and tables is messy, making it hard to sit without bumping into others. The place doesn’t seem the cleanest, with unclean tables and sometimes a weird smell, and it can get kinda loud.

The drinks, like the Vt Summer Berry Lemonade Refresher or a Venti Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, are often delicious, refreshing, and perfectly made, tasting okay to alright. The food can be mid, like a ham and Swiss croissant that was smashed flat, and is considered expensive. Service is usually quick, but mistakes like missing vanilla in a drink can happen. The location in the heart of downtown is a gem with great city views and convenient parking nearby. While some wouldn't recommend this specific location or come back, others find it a chill spot to hang out and definitely recommend it for its ambiance and quality.
