“This place reminds me of a combination of a vintage ice cream parlor and Dairy Queen. Dairy Queen because of the food items on the menu.

I've been to 46 states, 16 countries, and 4 continents so far and this place has the best ice cream shakes that I can remember ever having. Even the root beer float (my son ordered) was pretty flipping good. I would really recommend this place, especially on a hot summer afternoon.“

Dominic rather than making things awkward as we had already started eating as we were waiting for our shakes, he apologized and made our order whole. Usually it's not like that, solid employee with great customer service skills.“

The times that I've eaten inside the restaurant, the place has been clean. I can tell that the management cares about making a good impression. “Wanted a little something so opted for a kids meal. Bean and cheese burrito with rice and beans (French fries are 2nd option) and a small soda. All for under $7. What a ton of food!!! Beans are creamy, Not dry at all. Tortilla was freshly made and tender and easy to bite thru even on thick parts on the end. This is a perfect size for multiple small appetites or leftovers for a few meals.“

“I had a great experience at Costa Vida. I especially wanted to recognize one of the employees who was taking care of the lobby area. She was very attentive and worked hard to keep everything clean and organized. The tables were consistently wiped down, the floors were clean, and she made sure the silverware station stayed stocked and organized. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work, and her effort helped create a welcoming environment for customers. Great customer service and attention to detail!“

“Pretty good location for my first visit.
Upon walking in there was no line in subway clerk.Ready to take my order.
The clerk gave me plenty of time to look over the menu to make a choice of what to eat.
Drink station is in clean and working order.
Dining room could use a little tidying up.But overall, i'm pretty clean.Dining area.
The thing that impressed me the most is while I sat in there and ate my food. We'll be employees stayed working the entire time. By stocking chips, straightening chairs in the dining room in rotating food on the line.
I did not observe the employee, washed their hands or not.Wash their hands as I could not see.The hand washing sink from the lobby.“
