“Dietary restrictions: I’m Celiac and have appreciated the way they take care of my meal by removing their gloves, washing their hands, putting on new gloves and only one person handling that meal throughout the preparation process. However, I go often enough that they know who I am, and they roll their eyes or sigh because they know it’s a gluten-free meal they’ll have to prepare. As a customer, it’s frustrating to feel like a burden to someone you’re bringing your business to.Parking: GreatWheelchair accessibility: Very convenient“
“This is the first fast food restaurant I’ve ever left a review for. But I couldn’t pass up this opportunity.Scott and Payton made my sandwich. They were amazing. Super genuinely kind and accommodating to a serious gluten intolerance. Went out of there way to wipe everything down. The whole restaurant was very clean. I’m converted to Jersey mikes forever because of Scott and Payton. Give them a raise. People like them keep you in business.Jersey Mike’s >>> subway“
“So grateful for these generous employees!!! I forgot to top off my drink before I left and I was so bummed. It was kind of a big deal to me, for silly reasons, but I thought I'd just ask if they could help me at the drive thru (since I had my little sidekick already bucked in and ready to go). They worked it out for me! I'm sure it was not super convenient for them, but it was a bigger help to me than they will ever know. ♥️ I wish I had grabbed the drive thru workers name to post on here, but all of their staff was quick and kind to work with!“
“Store is over crowded frequently, but the staff and food well make up for it.Parking: Over crowded and a drive thru line around the entire parking lot and out into the street.Kid-friendliness: There is only one menu and not proportioned for smaller kids.“
