My wife was battling cancer at the time, and because of her treatment there were many foods she couldn’t eat. When we came in an employee with box braids took the time to listen to her and genuinely cared about helping her find something she could enjoy. She treated us with so much kindness it immediately stood out. After serving our meal, she came over to our table with a little bag of food that she had personally paid for with items my wife had mentioned she was able to eat. She then gave my wife a hug and wished her well. It may have seemed like a small gesture to some, but during one of the hardest periods of our lives, that act of kindness meant more than words can express. We’ve continued coming back ever since, and I’ve even stopped by hoping to thank her again. Whoever she is, I want her to know that her kindness was never forgotten. Thank you, Chipotle for having employees who care so deeply about the people they serve. Moments like this create customers for life.“
