Rouser Restaurant Reviews
Went here for our anniversary while staying at the Asher Adams and had a great experience. Our server was attentive and kind, even making sure to wish us a happy anniversary and adding in a (not so little!) treat to celebrate. Their food was solid overall, with the roasted corn artichoke dip being my favorite by far. The atmosphere was moody and intimate, fantastic for a date.
WOW!! We had a fantastic dinner and experience at Rouser. Everything about this place is top notch. I believe they recently rolled out a new menu in August. Every single bite was delicious - would highly recommend this place to anyone. It’s a beautiful space - lots of thoughtful details in the decor. If you are unsure what to order, here is what we had and would highly recommend:

It was absolutely incredible! The Parker rolls and steak frites are a must! And Leslie was great! A must in SLC

Rouser Restaurant offers a friendly and attentive atmosphere with creative, well-executed dishes. Highlights include fresh seatrout, gnocchi, steak tartare, and a tangy strawberry dessert. The staff is welcoming and thoughtful, enhancing the dining experience. Guests enjoy the beautiful ambiance and highly recommend trying the salmon and avocado fry bread. The interior is beautiful and trendy, making it a great spot for both casual and business meals. The restaurant is very big with plenty of seating, and the service is consistently nice and attentive, with even a manager checking on guests. The food is generally good, with appetizers like rolls being especially popular, though some entrees may be more flavorless. The atmosphere is airy with natural light, and the breakfast menu offers solid, no-fuss dishes. Overall, Rouser is a must-visit for delicious food and great service in Utah.
