“This location is the closest to my house, so whenever I feel like having a snack at McDonald’s, I go to this restaurant. I like the atmosphere and how peaceful it is there. Sometimes the staff isn’t very friendly and can be a bit indifferent toward customers. But overall, I like it.“

“No he seems like all the employees are in a rush every time I go there doesn't matter if there's not very many people in the lobby or not The rush is always there so my food is usually a little sloppy but it still tastes the same still edible still the same price“
“Had a bad experience at the Park City McDonald's a week ago. I came into the 21st South and 9th East McDonald's and wow, they were so awesome. They made a mistake and so they gave me the corrected item but they also let me keep the item they made the mistake on in case I wanted it. Just very cool because it was the same mistake that was made in Park City, and in Park City they sent someone else to my car to demand the item before they would give me a new one and got upset at me because they rang it up wrong. I was very clear at what I said because the item they gave me, I was allergic to. I'm positive I did not order it. Anyway completely different situation here. Thank you!“

You know those rainy days where you just want to be cozy and stay inside reading a book by a fireplace? I think all of us as humans crave safety— we crave comfort. This McDonald’s rivals the comfort provided by a weighted blanket on a frigid winter night.
Why is that?
You could mention the atmosphere, the taste of the McFlurries, or the deals found at your fingertips through the McDonald’s app— but for me, the five star rating comes from this McDonald’s willingness to provide important services such as a public restroom. Plain and simple. When you look in the mirror in the bathroom you can see the love that emanates from this restaurant, along with a smiling face feeling blessed by it.“
“Service here is very good the drive thru hardly any waiting time, the staff is on point and when they ask you what you want with your order they do put it in your order. the one thing they need is a pad they can move and not have to give them your phone so they can scan it inside next to the register. I'm happy and I'll keep going.“
“I visited mcdonalds today and got a yl tasty big Mac and spicy mcchicken. No complaints. The food was good and I got what I expected. The servers were courteous and I got my food fairly fast. The drive thru was pretty slow but it was also extremely busy. All in all a great visit.“
“For the most part my orders are usually accurate and the food is usually fine but sometimes the drive through is very busy or I am asked to pull up into a parking space or pull up to the 2nd pick up window to wait a little longer on my order. I understand sometimes they may get a little behind or may get really busy at times and I might need to wait a little longer for my order and that is fine but being asked to pull up and wait for my order instead of just being able to have my order ready to go for me when I pull up to the 1st pick up window happens a majority of the time I stop here to order food, even at times they are not very busy or there are only a few vehicles in line. I think the speed of their service could be sped up a little bit more but other than that I've never had any other issues with this McDonald's. The app has pretty decent deals sometimes. Today I ordered a large soda and then I added a 30% off a 6-piece McNugget deal to my order and my whole total was $3.95 so that was really nice.“
“I don’t normally rate fast food, unless it’s god awful…. But in this case I’ve never had crispier fries, a better cooked quarter pounder, or a friendlier staff than at this location. Normally at 10pm on a Sunday night people are tired, annoyed and ready to go home, but this wasn’t the case, I’ve never had a friendly conversation and better food at any other McDonald’s ever. Please keep it up!“
“Best McDonald’s in Utah. Always quick with taking orders and processing them correctly. I have rarely ever had anything missing or incorrect at this location. I will avoid other McDonald’s just to go to this location. Happy and helpful workers as well. Keep it up this location!“
“The first time I had come through there was mistake with my food and I had called and asked for a refund, not only was there a refund but they also offered to remake the sandwich and did so kindly and with no problems, I wish I would have gotten the managers name just to say thank you personally but I will be calling corporate to recommend her to be given a raise or to be appreciated more. Thank you for the kind service and kind attitudes especially when I had come back with a negative one myself, I definitely appreciated the kind gesture.“
“This one breaks my heart.. The obnoxious amount of drug use that passes through those bathrooms and establishment doors is absolutely INSANE. I’ve been able to hold my breath long enough to be a local to this McDonald’s location. But tonight was it.. I don’t think anyone has an understanding of what these employees have to go through on a daily.. huge shout of to the manager who I’ve consistently show compassion towards others who are very ungrateful. Sad to see :(“
“Glad they got rid of the old lady who cleaned the lobby, all she did was stand there, leaning on a mop stick telling stories, while the tables were dirty. We asked her if she could clean the table we chose to sit at and she got angry. We didnt go to this location until somebody told us they re staffed. The experience is much better.“

“I was so impressed with this Restaurant today! The location was clean and employees were cleaning something the entire time we were there. The employees walked around and visited with patrons the entire time trying to ensure a good visit. The hamburger I had was the best one I have ever had at McDonalds. I want to give a shout out to Jayhne (I hope I spelled that right!), Brandon and Bessie for being fantastic!“
