“Had a bad experience at the Park City McDonald's a week ago. I came into the 21st South and 9th East McDonald's and wow, they were so awesome. They made a mistake and so they gave me the corrected item but they also let me keep the item they made the mistake on in case I wanted it. Just very cool because it was the same mistake that was made in Park City, and in Park City they sent someone else to my car to demand the item before they would give me a new one and got upset at me because they rang it up wrong. I was very clear at what I said because the item they gave me, I was allergic to. I'm positive I did not order it. Anyway completely different situation here. Thank you!“

“I wonder if this place is under new management. I've been here before many times and it's just a McDonald's. You know run-of-the-mill McDonald's service, however this time was different. The store was very clean and the service was excellent. Didn't have to wait long for my food and when I got it it was fresh.

As Utah finally puts on its big boy pants, and SLC grows into an international city, this McDonald’s offers foreign currency machines! It’s one of the hidden gems of the city— especially if you’re rocking yen, rupees, or pounds (monetarily speaking😉)! Hell, I think it’ll even gobble up Loonies like ducks eating bread from an old man after his wife’s death!

“The first time I had come through there was mistake with my food and I had called and asked for a refund, not only was there a refund but they also offered to remake the sandwich and did so kindly and with no problems, I wish I would have gotten the managers name just to say thank you personally but I will be calling corporate to recommend her to be given a raise or to be appreciated more. Thank you for the kind service and kind attitudes especially when I had come back with a negative one myself, I definitely appreciated the kind gesture.“
