“Andres is the most professional & nicest McDonald's employee I have came across. I always ask for extra onions but never get them. I take it to the counter where normally all the employees just stare at me as they walk by. I have to ask them to speak with them. Andres, as soon as I stepped up to the counter, acknowledged me & asked what I needed. He was very nice & attentive & the perfect example as a Customer Service employee! Thank you Andres!!!“
“That food was delicious I tried the big arch it was very delicious and very big I was not able to eat all of it however I feel that the friendliness of the people is not there anymore if you walk into the restaurant you have to wait quite a while before you are helped because they want you to do it online but I have a lot of problems with the online app so sometimes I have to go in but the help is not there anymore they don't attend to the register and that is very depressing“
