I am going to keep my recommendation, for now. I normally love this McDonald’s, always get fresh fries. However, today I ordered a double quarter pounder, and received a single quarter pounder. Not a super huge deal, but it’s not cool.
Andres is the most professional & nicest McDonald's employee I have came across. I always ask for extra onions but never get them. I take it to the counter where normally all the employees just stare at me as they walk by. I have to ask them to speak with them. Andres, as soon as I stepped up to the counter, acknowledged me & asked what I needed. He was very nice & attentive & the perfect example as a Customer Service employee! Thank you Andres!!!
Pleasant and quick drivethrough. They got out order right. The food was hot and the kids enjoyed the 50s vibe of the archaic single arch. Other than the vintage vibe, everything was very modern. Good stop going to or from the mall or other places on State Street.
