McDonald's in West Jordan

“We crave for McDonald's ice creams, and we were close to this. It's very modern (or different than others), we ordered using the service screens, fast, easy, simple. We received our order in the table, cool, doesn't it? We enjoy a shake and a McFlurry, and of course some fries. It is a small place, but confortable. There were a couple of groups of a young teenagers, yelling, making jokes, very noisy... That's why I don't go frequently to McDonald's, somebody from the staff decided to stand in the service area to check those kids. I have kids too, but they never behave in this way, in fact, my daughter felt uncomfortable too“

“So it’s definitely a McDonald’s chain location, I don’t think it’s any different, I just don’t like using the drive through, since I always have to pull up to the second window, and I don’t really know if it’s an issue with how their system is, or if it’s just in a really unfortunate spot, but I don’t usually get my food very soon. Today I saw 6 other cars pull away from the window behind me.
Anyway, I could just be socially awkward and waiting at that second window makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong. Nice place though! Right on my way home from work, and man, does a quarter-pounder hit different after an 8 hour shift.“

“Robert, as i know, bobby, is the best employee ever. His personality and attitude made the atmosphere so fun and comfortable. The food he served was delicious. Thank you, robby, for the fries and chicken nuggets and drink. I saw him encourage his team often and remind them to wash their hands. Please give him a raise! ⭐“

“I go here way too much because it's so c lose to my work. Decently fast drive thru service, I enjoy receiving my food through the window but I understand during rushes it's easier to push me around the corner for a minute or two. Food has never been a problem at this location. Everything tastes how's it should and have never had problems other than having a little too much lettuce. Once in a while they'll get my order wrong and for some reason it's always when I order spicy mcchickens. I really hate how they removed the soda fountain but I doubt it was this specific locations choice. Ice cream machine has never been broken. Inside sit down service is remarkably slow but at least they get my order right.“
