“I walked into this McDonald’s a broken man — hungry, tired, and questioning every life choice that led me here. Within minutes, the sweet aroma of fries and industrial-grade fryer oil hit my soul like a warm hug from an old friend. The cashier looked me in the eyes and said, “Would you like to try the combo?” and I swear I heard angels sing.
When that Big Mac landed in my hands, I knew peace. The sesame seed bun glistened under the fluorescent lights like a treasure in a fast-food temple. The fries? Golden spears of pure happiness. The Coke? Colder than my ex’s heart and twice as satisfying.
I left this establishment reborn. Five stars. Would get lost in the drive-thru again any day.“
“Chicken strips day!! This was such an awesome day to come in!! Lobby was decorated beautifully, clean all around. Funny employees very spirited got to dance a chicken dance and got some free strips! New sauce was bussin’ strips were crispy and fresh and oh my how much I have loved that creamy chili sauce ! Fast efficient , accurate with my other orders I have placed . Love coming to this location !“
“Editing my review because my experience with Taylor at the window. Top tier service from start to finish. This is probably my least favorite Mcdonalds in Orem, but my experience and rating is solely based on my experience with Taylor today who took my order at the window and was so kind, patient, professional and can tell he was a seasoned employee. Great job!!! 👏“
“Its a McDonald's. As you'd expect, it was FAST. However, the store seems a little run down. Employees seem slightly depressed. You can tell they're forcing a smile when they say hi. Other than that, no problems with this location.“
“Stopped by for lunch today and had a great experience. The food was fresh and hot, and the service was incredibly fast, even for a busy lunch rush. The staff was friendly and efficient, making it a quick and easy stop. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable meal on the go!“
