I ordered a pick up order curbside, I get there & the app says that the order is cancelled? (This has never happened before). I then go inside only to wait longer & get looked at with no customer service. Nobody even cared that I was standing there, greeted me or ask what I needed! Why because of how I look? Sat in the drive through line for over 20 minutes. At least 10-15 of those no one was getting orders taken, no one came over the speakers to apologize for the delay. Radio silence. Absolutely pathetic. And they skipped the lane I was in a couple of times..This one is often kinda slow but today was an all time terrible display. The line went out onto the road, i waited for my food for an hour and then my online order was messed up and cold like it had been sitting in the heating cabinet for a few hours. Don’t come here unless you want to be severely disappointed.
