I have debated getting a part time job there JUST to fix the problem myself but I’m still in college full time. Such a shame, this location could be making 10x as much as it does.

Nearly everytime I go through the drive-through, they have me go wait in the curbside. Some waits have been 5-10 minutes. Ordering on the app seems to make this worse.

Slowest mcdonalds ever, even just to get a drink, you sit in the drive through for 10 minutes(correction, it has now been 21 minutes). The workers are always impossible to hear on the speakers, and sound super annoyed.

They say they are open 24 hours but are closed at night to “reset their system”. Pulled up and they said sorry we are closed because our system is down so I then asked when they will be open. The employee said 4:00. Came back at 4:00 and then was told they are still closed and it would be another 20-30 minutes. Update your google hours and I’ll update my review.

The line went out onto the road, i waited for my food for an hour and then my online order was messed up and cold like it had been sitting in the heating cabinet for a few hours. Don’t come here unless you want to be severely disappointed.

I ordered a pick up order curbside, I get there & the app says that the order is cancelled? (This has never happened before). I then go inside only to wait longer & get looked at with no customer service. Nobody even cared that I was standing there, greeted me or ask what I needed! Why because of how I look? I feel as though, some of us are not being treated fairly. What’s in the food? Ridiculous service, well there wasn’t any. I also ordered an iced coffee light ice a month ago & the girl literally tells me that since I ordered it with light ice, she just added more creamer? Not a coffee!! She handed it to me & was laughing about it rudely. That is not what I asked for.
