As someone who had worked in fast food for quite a while especially at mcdonald's. Its sad to say this is the first time ive put in a bad review. But I shouldnt have to get on and complain about food that looks like its been sitting in the prep tray for a week smells like an old shoe and caused me to get food poisoning. Either teach your workers proper holding procedures and quality checks or replace your crew and management that are willing to care for the happiness and well being of there customers

This is by far the SLOWEST McDonalds I’ve been too. Each time they have major struggles as the employees don’t know how to work. One time we were told to park and wait, and they ended up giving our order to someone else, and we waited and waited and then had to go in and they ended up giving me our money back lol. So dysfunctional.

So, so slow. Mobile order allowed me to pick up at counter even though dining room was closed. Normally don’t have that issue

Ordered a double cheeseburger and an apple pie. Received someone else’s plain cheeseburger instead of the double cheeseburger. Apple pie was burnt to a crisp and tasted horrible. I had ordered through the app, and there was no way to say anything about the order there. I called the store, and no one picked up. I live close to this McDonald’s, and so I go here occasionally, but on top of being slow and having bad costumer service, they have not once gotten my order right, out of 30+ experiences. Don’t go to this McDonald’s. There’s one on center street nearby, go there.

Service was slow even with the high tech ordering system in place. There were no condiments in the condiment section for ketchup. the entire dining area was a mess with dirty table tops and order numbers all over the place. It was pretty bad. To top it off, they didn't have my favorite sandwhich which is why I came in the first place (Fish-Fillet). I also saw other customers with concerns with their orders while I was trying to enjoy my meal. Fries was great tho! As usual. This occurred on a Sunday evening which surprised me as I'd assume it would be an easy shift. Maybe not.
