I remember when this McDonalds was good but something switched. Customer service was abismal, long wait times, and zero friendly words exchanged. Biggest dissatisfaction was from the manager, when we asked for Big Mac sauce she with attitude insisted they had none while another employee came with the box of sauce. Very bad service
This McDonald’s sucks. Food is alright assuming you get what you actually ordered. Drive thru always has you pull to the side if you’re getting anything more than a drink, service is always really rude, and several times now I’ve gotten coffee that’s either the wrong size, they forgot the syrup or they forgot the coffee and only had the milk and syrup. Go to the one on the corner state and center street they’re great
