Panda Express offers a mix of experiences, with some diners warning against going close to closing time due to food quality and freshness. However, others have found redemption in their visit, praising the energetic and generous staff, as well as the flavorful dishes served. One customer even highlighted a kind gesture from an employee who went out of his way to ensure their meal was complete. With varying experiences, Panda Express seems to be a place where service and food quality can differ.
