When a customer is standing at the counter to order, do not direct them to the kiosks. If I wanted to use the kiosk I would not be standing at the counter. The last two visits here were asked to use the kiosk q total of 5 times by staff. We will NEVER use the kiosk. Train staff to handle people standing at the counter appropriately.
Always have fresh burgers that are still steaming hot when they get to you. The double quarter pounder is my go to but I love me a big Mac to love the place. and that greeting girl is so sweet she deserves a

Hot Fudge Sunday? More like frozen fat free sweetened milk. The fudge was good but I won't pay $2.90 for this very disappointing dessert. Bought a kids meal and got 9 French fries!!!! Yes, I counted when I saw there were only a few. The burger was slathered in catsup that dripped off the sides. All in all..very unsatisfied.
