The food seems to be decent. Each time it has been fresh and hot. They struggle very hard with quick delivery to the pick up spots. I ordered 2 Mcflurry's and after 14 minutes waiting I had to go in and get them. The drive through was moving fast. Disappointing.

I stop at this location 3 to 4 times a week. Every time I sit down to eat my lunch, an employee starts sweeping the floor around me. She is either talking to herself, or to someone on the phone while she sweeps. My concern is this, I don’t think employees should be sweeping floors in areas where customers are eating their food, because of the dust becoming airborne and floating around customers and their food. The last couple of times, I have started coughing due to this. Please instruct your employees to NOT sweep in areas that are occupied with customers eating!!

Ordered sausage burritos and the person just kept repeating we don't sell those. I on the passenger side asked when pulling forward if it was because it was a franchise and she said yes and that she is the manager. I was able to explain to the driver that some franchises consider the sausage burritos a breakfast item and will not sell after breakfast. I was surprised that the person we were speaking with was the manager and was so rude and had no customer service. She didn't explain this but, rather I did to my friend who was so confused when she just repeated we don't sell those. She also had us repeating our order over and over again because English was her second language and she couldn't follow. Seems a manager would actually explain that they do serve this item but only for breakfast at this location instead of just stating over and over we don't sell that and confusing my friend and upsetting him in the process. This was my first time at this location and was really put off by this encounter with a lady who was in fact the manager.

This establishment is really fast and efficient taking orders at the drive thru. Honestly, I would opt for the curbside pick up through the McDonald's app. They are less likely to screw up the other if you use the app. You can choose inside pick up, curbside pick up, or drive through. That way, they don't mess up the order trying to yell at the speaker, which can cause them to screw up the order. You just give them the number on the app at the drive-thru, and it's already paid for so you don't have to mess around paying at the window. In my opinion, order on the app, and you can choose to pay on the app or the window. Using the app prevents mistakes and gives you multiple pay options like Google Pay. Other than that, the food is always hot, especially the fries. No one likes cold, soggy fries. I highly recommend using the app, and this location has great service no matter how you pay. So enjoy your hot food and service. I have no complaints.

I was ignored for 15 mins of me standing at the counter and asking for help the manager was not helpful and the staff was just ok their phone not helping me would not recommend this McDonald’s, food was all wrong, and fries were old cold and soggy they still served me these fries even after seeing me standing waiting Didn’t get the sauces I wanted didn’t get recipe

Hot Fudge Sunday? More like frozen fat free sweetened milk. The fudge was good but I won't pay $2.90 for this very disappointing dessert. Bought a kids meal and got 9 French fries!!!! Yes, I counted when I saw there were only a few. The burger was slathered in catsup that dripped off the sides. All in all..very unsatisfied.

When a customer is standing at the counter to order, do not direct them to the kiosks. If I wanted to use the kiosk I would not be standing at the counter. The last two visits here were asked to use the kiosk q total of 5 times by staff. We will NEVER use the kiosk. Train staff to handle people standing at the counter appropriately.

Stopped by for an evening treat for my kids. We were served this very sad looking plain sundae. When I asked if they could put a little more in it and I showed her what the sundae looked like in their advertisement, she said "no, it's not supposed to look like what is pictured." Say what? Isn't that false advertising? I asked for a refund and visited the Holladay McDonald's on 4800s 1800e instead, where we were served fresh fries and a sundae that wasn't so sad.
