“Okay, well, it really depends on who you interact with, how your experience is going to go. I don’t know why Denise even gets the head set… she’s nice and all, but the thing is she doesn’t explain to you what’s going on. She just leaves you hanging and then doesn’t understand why people are mad. Jordan will let you know if there are a couple orders that are being made for DoorDash or whatever the case may be, and that it’ll be just a few minutes before they are able to take an order. Because the kitchen is backed up. And I have no problem with that. I appreciate the communication, but when I’m just sitting there for 10-15 minutes and I have no idea why, that’s really irritating. Denise has literally, no communication skills or customer service skills. Most of the people you deal with don’t. So, I give props to Jordan. Always polite, friendly, makes sure your experience is good whether she is working the drive thru taking orders or she’s handing out the food. She actually cares. Can’t say that for many. I was Literally shocked With my first experience with her. She took the money, gave me my change, and counted it back to me. Then while I was sitting there, waiting for the line to move she asked me how my day was. I was shocked that somebody actually talked to me other than just taking my money and slamming the window in my face. She Wished me a good day and it was great. Never had a bad experience with her. Each one gets better. Hope she’s not upset for putting her on blast.“
“Changed my rating prob the best experience and the night crew I know is always short staffed but they were amazing went above and beyond to fix what was missing on our order. Never had a good eco like this at any McDonald's before. Normally it's like they dont give a shiiii. Lol but ya ty to the ladies on overnights appreciate how you handled situations professionally and everything:)“
