I wish I could rate 5 stars but I really can't.There bunch of sanitary isuess that I can see.Normaly in pass didn't bother me and that's why I m writing this.I think it needs to be managed better that's all.People at window shouldn't have 2 feet long nails with dirt underneath.It's just disturbing that's all.
I haven't had really any good customer service experiences at this particular location ever,but on 2/6/2024 around 7 or 8 pm I went through the drive thru and was in complete shock with the employee taking orders and collecting payments.They were very courteous and patient because my app was taking time to load. I had stopped even using my app because of how badly I was treated there when trying to first use it.The employees knew less about the app than I did.What a pleasant experience...read full review

Not going to lie, out of all the McDonald's I've been to this one has consistently disappointed me. From cold, refried fries, to ALWAYS missing something from my orders. Some employees seem unhappy and snappish while others have been very pleasant. Its a constant up and down with this location. My only tip is forego the drive through and go inside and double check your order before leaving.
