My three year old daughter had to use the bathroom and it literally took me 20 minutes to flag someone down to open the doors. Employees kept walking passed me as I'm trying to flag them down, not saying a word to me. Even the person next to me was confused on why they were ignoring me. I've never received such rude customer service. The place is also dirty.

Not going to lie, out of all the McDonald's I've been to this one has consistently disappointed me. From cold, refried fries, to ALWAYS missing something from my orders. Some employees seem unhappy and snappish while others have been very pleasant. Its a constant up and down with this location. My only tip is forego the drive through and go inside and double check your order before leaving.

I always go to this McDonald’s constantly right after work 3 days of the week I know all the employees. I mobile order a triple cheese and I forgot to put ketchup only on the app I ask to see if they can remake it for me and the worker with orange hair or blonde hair with Hispanic accent she told me she won’t be making me another one in a really rude tone and says if I want a only ketchup to reorder it. I understand on parts this is my fault but I’m a regular and her tone was very not nice making me not coming back I’ll drive a little farther to a dif McDonald’s because she rudely said to buy another one as if she hasn’t seen me everyday in the past week ordering my food a little understanding would’ve been nicer as if this is the only time I’ve ever had this happen before. Please fix this and tell the employee next time to fix her tone bc it rly was nasty. will be taking my business elsewhere

I wish I could rate 5 stars but I really can't.There bunch of sanitary isuess that I can see.Normaly in pass didn't bother me and that's why I m writing this.I think it needs to be managed better that's all.People at window shouldn't have 2 feet long nails with dirt underneath.It's just disturbing that's all.

I ordered a large iced vanilla coffee. I took this picture in the parking lot before I left the drive thru. There was a good 3 inches of nothing from the top down. I ordered a large, I expect it to be full. The morning ladies are grouchy and don't care about service. The window lady knew it when she handed it to me too. I went to take a drink, and there were chunks of something gooey and slimy and chunky in the bottom. Disgusting. Last time I order this from McDs.

I haven't had really any good customer service experiences at this particular location ever,but on 2/6/2024 around 7 or 8 pm I went through the drive thru and was in complete shock with the employee taking orders and collecting payments.They were very courteous and patient because my app was taking time to load. I had stopped even using my app because of how badly I was treated there when trying to first use it.The employees knew less about the app than I did.What a pleasant experience it was to be able to actually USE the app and not get treated rudely trying to.The employee was patient,helpful and nice.She was a HUGE help and totally knew her stuff.I seriously was almost done even going there again period regardless of the convenience it was soo horrible!Good job whoever hired or place this lady in that position.i maybe only one person but word of mouth goes a long way.My only complain was my medium fries were cold and not fresh and my burger patties were several pieces of broke up meat not patties.The fries are never really fresh when I've gone.But what a huge difference in my service.Thank you angel at the window.Youre making a HUGE difference at this location!!
