Very difficult time placing the order at the drive through undue two language barrier.
My order was shorted by one sandwich and the one sandwich I did get was the wrong type. I brought it up to the cashier at the pickup window. She seemed like she could care less. 7/10 times my coffee has not had caramel in it or very little. I tried many ways to ask nicely like asking for an extra pump at the order screen and I will still get maybe 1 pump. I’ve tried asking about the recipe to see how I can get my order consistent and it does not matter. Whatever I say at the order screen has not influenced any results. :( I finally caved today and asked them to put more after trying it.
