If I could give 10 stars I WOULD Heidi the up most respect for her!! She is a queen and I felt so taken care of if Heidi don’t get a raid by TODAY I will sue I don’t give darn she’s was the BEST!!! Love Heidi!!!!
Went there and ordered a couple sandwiches and fries. Was handed food through drive-through. Got home to see they gave us wrong order. Got the number and called to let them know of their mistake and was told I could come back either that night or next day. After waiting for about 10 other cars, finally got what we originally ordered. The lobby was closed at 3 so I couldn't just run inside to get order. It wasn't even 9pm when I returned. Ordered on the app 10 minutes before I arrived, walked in, gave my table number, then sat for over 30 minutes listening to staff talk on the phone and watched them text while never bringing my food. But when I finally gave up wondering how long they'd let me sit there waiting, they did pretty quickly and politely get me my order (in a bag as if I had ordered it to go).
