“Glad they are open for dine in. Good food. Enjoyed the melon gazpacho. Sad to see so many customers not wearing face coverings while waiting to be seated.“

“Poplar was absolutely wonderful for celebrating a group of 50/60, for a 50th birthday it was truly a memorable experience. Justin was so responsive and thoughtful throughout the planning process, keeping everything seamless and beautifully executed. Chad took exceptional care of our group, anticipating our needs and making sure everyone’s beverages and requests were handled with ease, he was outstanding. The kitchen and serving team were just as impressive. We chose a buffet style with a hummus platter, soup and salad, and pizzas, and every item was met with nothing but compliments from our guests. It couldn’t have gone better.“

“I can’t vouch for much in Salt Lake City because it’s been without power or under construction, but Bewilder Brewing is easily 5/5. The absolute best fries and giant soft pretzels I have ever had, and I live in a heavily German city (Cincinnati). Cherry Mother Pucker by Bewilder also a solid 5/5 sour; great/ clean flavor! So good that we came back twice while in the area!!“
“Awesome brews and friendly fun atmosphere. A great place to hang out w friends and family.“

“This used to be called Wasatch Brew Pub but now it’s called Corner Brew Pub by Squatters.
Stopped in for a quick beer flight and sat at the bar. I had some good beers from Top of Main Brewery (Park City, Utah) & Salt Lake Brewing Company (SLC, Utah). Service was good with views of the tarmac which was nice to see the planes.“

“Came down to the brewery today. I tried their winter. Amber, absolutely delicious! Ended up getting a growler. Nate was my bartender. He did a great job and also let me know he's one of the sales reps definitely will be back and we'll purchase more of their tasty beverages“
“Madz and the whole dick’s crew provide the best bar experience in SLC. Top tier. I’ve never had a bad time there! Be sure to check out their assortment of slushies this summer - the peach redbull they’ve got now goes great with tequila and the frozen aperol spritz is just what you need on a hot day!
Always tip your bartenders! Nobody wants to be the guy who tips $1 on $39.54 🤮
For reference, Iszack:
20% tip on your tab: $7.90
(39.54 x 0.2 = 7.908)
so, $8 would be an acceptable tip.
your tip percentage: 2.5%
(1 / 39.54 = 0.0253)
(0.0253 x 100 = 2.53%)
as you can see, unacceptable.
whether it’s math or manners that are confusing to you, perhaps it’s best for everyone if you take your business elsewhere 😉“

“Great spot for a weekday lunch! Arrived around 12:15 and were seated right away, even though it was busy. Service was fast and attentive. The daily special (sirloin over mashed potatoes with a Brussels sprout mix and white aioli) was outstanding. Others had the southwest and roast beef sandwiches—both were a hit. Perfect for a quick, enjoyable lunch or a casual business meeting.“
“Love this spot! Utah’s Godfather! Everything we aspire to be and more. Most fun in Salt Lake, hands down! Great vibes, great music, great drinks, great games, and pinball! Definitely the best spot in town!“
“This bar is pretty chill, got a jukebox and pool and darts and foosball and a few arcade games. Only ever had drinks. The people are always fun to talk to. Haven't played pool (always too crowded). Generally dimly lit which is pleasant late at night.“
“Super Fun place to have an in-person movie experience. Chill and attentive bar tenders, food isnt anything special but good enough pub food - a legit beer list. Movie started on time. Only doxxing it the one star just cuz the bathroom wasnt the cleanest and there was a smell of a pretty funky kitchen drain in there.“

“My favourite server left, the current server spent most of her time speaking to a regular when it was quite and the outside of my baked chicken was overcooked, but still juicy. The oil on my onion rings weren't quite hot enough or weren't placed properly because they were stuck together.“

“Visiting from Ontario, Canada while attending a conference in Salt Lake City. Stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon and really enjoyed the experience.
Great pub atmosphere, friendly service, good food, and the peanut butter pie was awesome. I also enjoyed seeing the brewing equipment inside the restaurant.
I don't drink alcohol, but Squatters was still exactly the kind of place I was looking for—a comfortable spot to unwind, have a good meal, and take a break from the conference hustle.
Would definitely return.“
