“The cashier was friendly. Food was nice and hot. The cashier held the door open so I could exit the building in my power wheelchair, more easily. They dont have handicapped power door. So it really helped me out. That and the food came quickly. Even the French frys were nice and fresh and hot“

Girls legs were moving like she wanted to be there. Definitely would consider her for a promo. Just needed a little smile and it blew me away.

“I have come in many times and sometimes orders do get confused but whenever I have asked, the boy named Ty or the lady named Tina have been very helpful and fixed it ASAP! Wait times can be slow depending on when you come in, sometimes it seems very very busy but if you have a small order it goes by pretty quick! Ty had been very clear and honest when situations were a little difficult and times would be slow and we are all human so I appreciate the effort in at least explaining things to me :)
I truly believe some of these workers do the best they absolutely can amidst chaos, I always seem to only see Ty and Tina or Ty with one to two other people, whoever you are, you are doing great!
Food wise, just make sure to communicate if something is wrong and they will fix it. I have occasionally been given cold food or wrong items and they have fixed things so that’s what matters most“
“Food was great, one of the mangers there let me order the Cajun at 10:20 before lunch started too. But one of their younger male employees that let me into the restroom right after he came out (they have code locked doors) and he urinated all over the seat. There actually wasn’t a spot he missed on the seat. So I walked right back out, let one of the younger lady cashiers know and she looked away didn’t say and word and walked away. This was on Wednesday may 8th in the morning for reference.“

This wendys is always fresh food and there a supervisor or manager with long hair and glass in the drive thru he always make me laugh every time I go in the drive thru“
