Wendy's in Salt Lake City

“I would probably give them more stars if the gentleman that took my order listened, I asked them to not put mayo on it and they did anyway, other than that everything was great, the food was all hot and they listen to everything else that I asked them to do in my order, I'm just not a huge fan of mayonnaise so that kind of ruined it a little bit for me on the trip that I just had here not too long ago.“

“This five star review is for the man working the drive thru tonight that have me and my husband complementary frostys to accommodate us for the wait. Which is funny because the service was actually very speedy. Thank you mystery man! ♥️“

“The cashier was friendly. Food was nice and hot. The cashier held the door open so I could exit the building in my power wheelchair, more easily. They dont have handicapped power door. So it really helped me out. That and the food came quickly. Even the French frys were nice and fresh and hot“

“Made my night didn’t ask for much but a little bit of care went so much further. Just asked for a son of baconator and frosty.

Girls legs were moving like she wanted to be there. Definitely would consider her for a promo. Just needed a little smile and it blew me away.

Door dash cut me inline but she still made sure to get my order. Wendy’s is fast and I didn’t mind the wait. What a great smile. Thank you super girl.“

“We placed a large order for our company and they did a great job! Their manager, Mario, provided great customer service. He had the order ready promptly at the time we requested, and made sure we had all of the items we ordered. The meal turned out great and the food was excellent!“

“With tons of bad experiences from the other Wendy's downtown, this one for me has been a breathe of fresh air. The management is actually nice and quick with orders and the food has always been fresh and better than the other Wendy's I've been to downtown.“

“I dont normally eat a lot of wendys, but since I stopped by here in April I am here at least once a week! Wonderful staff! Friendly and a good chance to practice my Spanish with the Spanish speakers. Sometimes my order is wrong. But they are very nice and fix it when I explain i have autism and cant eat certain foods without it triggering me. They always work hard here and so kind! I love this wendys.“

“I have come in many times and sometimes orders do get confused but whenever I have asked, the boy named Ty or the lady named Tina have been very helpful and fixed it ASAP! Wait times can be slow depending on when you come in, sometimes it seems very very busy but if you have a small order it goes by pretty quick! Ty had been very clear and honest when situations were a little difficult and times would be slow and we are all human so I appreciate the effort in at least explaining things to me :)
I truly believe some of these workers do the best they absolutely can amidst chaos, I always seem to only see Ty and Tina or Ty with one to two other people, whoever you are, you are doing great!
Food wise, just make sure to communicate if something is wrong and they will fix it. I have occasionally been given cold food or wrong items and they have fixed things so that’s what matters most“

“I have never seen a lobby so spotless and a clean bathroom. Zory took our order and she was so attentive even when it was very busy and dealing with a lot of door dash orders. As soon as she finished the orders did an amazing job cleaning the lobby and cleaned up the mess after a big family left. That girl is the best of their crew. She should be a manager at some point because she is a hardworking person and very nice to customers. You can tell when she is there! Kudos to Wendy's for hiring a competent worker, finally!“
