With tons of bad experiences from the other Wendy's downtown, this one for me has been a breathe of fresh air. The management is actually nice and quick with orders and the food has always been fresh and better than the other Wendy's I've been to downtown.
The service at Wendy's is terrible; they really need to change the staff. They close way too early—by 1:00 they aren't serving anyone, even though the closing time is 2:00. Closing early like that—what bad staff.
