I have stopped at this location a total of 4 times. The 2nd time I was shorted 1 sandwich and didn’t notice until I got home. I called and they said they put my name for a replacement. (Never went and claimed it) Since then I never went back until recently. The past 2 times I have noticed a huge improvement in the service. The staff is friendly and the food is hot and fresh.
Waited 15 minutes outside for them to bring our food. Finally I went in, there was one employee working and the other two were putting money in the ATM. Long line wairhingto order. I politely asked if I could grab our food. I had to remind them we were the ones outside waiting. They forgot, had to pack the order, shame on me, I didn't confirm all the food was in there, it wasn't. Not to mention there was a pretty aggressive homeless guy in there bullying people for food.
