I gave one star on all categories because i never got to order, I, diabetic and asked the cashier if I could substitute the potato wedge for an egg. The cashier looked confused when I asked. She called the manager but the manager didn't even care that I'm diabetic she immediately said no. So far no one ever said no before they either did under kindness or just because of medical condition. Awful manager.

Went to the drive thru and was asked three times to order when i was ready. I told her all three times that i was ready with a coupon. She had kind of a European accent and told me to speak louder but she was rude so i just split. Update your garbage intercom

I have stopped at this location a total of 4 times. The 2nd time I was shorted 1 sandwich and didn’t notice until I got home. I called and they said they put my name for a replacement. (Never went and claimed it) Since then I never went back until recently. The past 2 times I have noticed a huge improvement in the service. The staff is friendly and the food is hot and fresh.
Waited 15 minutes outside for them to bring our food. Finally I went in, there was one employee working and the other two were putting money in the ATM. Long line wairhingto order. I politely asked if I could grab our food. I had to remind them we were the ones outside waiting. They forgot, had to pack the order, shame on me, I didn't confirm all the food was in there, it wasn't. Not to mention there was a pretty aggressive homeless guy in there bullying people for food. I would never want my wife or daughter in that place with him. Get it together eh
