Wendy's in Spanish Fork

“I was here on Saturday 9/27/2025 around 630pm. The young lady behind the counter was extremely patient with me and my kids and our indecisiveness. When the drink machine in the lobby was out of a drink my daughter wanted, this same person filled it up for her with the machine by the drive through window, something they did for a different customer before us. Another customer came in after this, they acknowledged her and let her know they'd be with her in a moment. They were putting together a big order. This lady wasn't happy about it. When they were ready to take her order all she wanted to do was chew them out. The staff was extremely patient yet again. The whole incident ended with this lady walking out in a huff with her two children. The Wendy's staff was professional, and this particular customer was out of line.“

“Me and my friend were going to Wendy’s and we looked at the rode across the street on the same side of Wendy’s and a guy is getting detained, fully pinned to the ground by a police officer and 7 cop cars pull up and I had no idea when we walked in but the Wendy’s had just been robbed, the glass door was completely shattered and a manager was outside figuring out what happened and staring at the broken window. The people working thief were still a little flustered but the guy it just standing there patiently waiting and we tell him what we want and we got it in like 30 seconds easily fastest service I’ve had. The food: I’ve been to Wendy’s many times and they still haven’t failed me. After a long day of not rlly having any food it tasted amazing! IN CONCLUSION: Wendy’s really proved they were amazing when they had just been ROBBED and they still managed to serve us and got us amazing food ✨✨“
