WAY TOO SLOW for dine-in - their focus is solely drive-thru!! Absolutely ridiculous - the employees and the mgr on duty didn't care about waiting customers. I went here 2x in 3 wks on different days. Definitely avoid Friday + Saturday night dine-in!!! They also don't understand how the Wendy's app works and the ability to 'Use in restaurant' various offers.
The Wendy’s that I most often stop at is at the corner of 4500 S. today when I stopped, I stopped because I think my card had not read in their system when I came in last, so I wanted to pay them for the nuggets that I enjoyed. Juan was a little confused. At first he assumed I was telling him that I lost my card. Carmon joined him, and they simply told me not to worry about it. I expect honesty I give honesty, and they gave kindness as well as honesty.

Place is filthy. Not a clean table in the dining room. Foor and dirt all over the floor. Food is good but they weren't paying attention to the mobile orders and I had to go to the counter and ask where my order was. The manage found it Kyung in the counter and just started making it after we waited for 15 minutes. I've been here twice in the last week and both times, the dining area was filthy.
