This Wendy's 90% knocks it out if the park. The food is fresh and hot. Occasionally the staff forgets straws, sauce, or items ordered. There soda machines are often off and the drinks do not taste normal. Waits can be long during the lunch rush.
I love Wendy's, definitely one of my favorite fast food chains. I don't really have any complaints about their food at this Franchise. However, this Franchise doesn't have the best service, especially when it comes to technology.I ordered through drive thru recently and there were so many things wrong. One: They didn't give me the drink that I ordered so I ended up paying for something that I didn't even get. Two: I don't think they really understand how the Wendy's App works,...read full review
