“So I ordered to my hotel and long story short the food was un-eatably wrong and it was too late to reorder and have it delivered.I called and whomever answered the phone took accountability immediately. The next day I get a text from the GM, Joey, asking me to give him a call. I do, and he sets it up so my next week's visit to Salt Lake I would get a free order.Today I am here and I call. With zero hassle my order is taken and sent, even though they didn't have a driver at the time. This time the food was correct AND it was really good.I don't think I have ever left a review for a pizza joint that wasn't in Chicago but I love the customer service. The extra mile is important. Next time I am in town I will order again.“
“I went in to pick up a Dash, and one of the drivers passed out to the floor and had a seizure. When I walked in, the driver held the door for me and complimented the color of my hair. Best of health, man. I'll send some prayers your way.“

Called the location back explain we felt uncomfortable eating the wings since they sat out on the pouch and Chance the employee was so sweet and understanding of our concerns and offered to make a new order and have it sent over since we live so close. Great hire on your part papa johns he was so sweet and we will definitely be returning customers.“
