“Any food dish is great. I was enjoying the jalfreizi chicken and asked for a recommendation from the staff. Now I’m hooked on their kadai(?) Staff is very personable and friendly. Pawan, the general manager, is great to visit with while we’re there. Highly recommend this to those who like Indian/Nepalese cuisine or those willing to try new dishes.“

“I’ve been to this restaurant ~5 times now and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it every time. Their momo soup and mango lassies are excellent. Their naan is also so fresh and flavorful (I’ve gotten the garlic and sweet one, yum). The service is very kind and I always appreciate the free appetizer they bring out at the beginning. Looking forward to coming back, it’s become a favorite in our household.“

“I absolutely love Cafe Shambala and highly recommend stopping by! Every time we host family or guests visiting, we bring them to eat here. Both the lunch buffet and the dinner menu are delicious. Our favorites are the spiced potatoes, the marinated chicken, the momos, and the traditional rice pudding dessert. My husband and I have never had less than a 5-star experience, especially with the excellent service. My only suggestion for improvement would be to more clearly post a drink menu during lunch, specifically for the refreshing mango lassi and other tasty drinks available. Last time I was there, the only posting of this information was a faded printer paper taped on the outside windows.“

“The people here are always so kind and lovely, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is incredible. Not enough people visit, it deserves so much more recognition. The workers have always been so kind and patient and always share a genuine smile. The Chicken Coconut Korma is one of the best items on the menu, but the mango pudding is even better. Definitely give this restaurant a try if you're in the area!“

“The food was great. I ordered the Chicken Tikka masala with sweet naan and a mango lassi and it all turned out delicious! It was quiet and the service was great. This is my son's favorite Indian restaurant and I will be sure to come back here in the future!“
