If you're a Starbie, you know what it's like when you see the wrong color but the same order label on your drink - not here, at least not with the early morning crew. “One of my favorite spots. They're so friendly. They are quick and accurate with orders. The only thing is, is about half of the time, they're not open AT 5:30AM like they're supposed to be.Vegetarian options: They're always happy to substitute my drinks w a non-dairy option.“

“Pretty large Starbucks open late with a drive through. Every time I've been there the service has been really nice and the baristas are really sweet.. albeit busy. There's parking available and there's nice soft seating as well as some people so you can get work done or you can visit with a friend.“

The attentive staff always makes me feel welcome every time I come in. My order was correct and delicious. Great job team! Parking in city creek parking is available and the first two hours are free.Parking: Parking at city creek parking is free for the first two hours and access is easy. The parking lot gate scans your ticket and if less than two hours the gate come up. If you have been there longer than two hours just use your visa it is really easy to use.Wheelchair accessibility: Access through the front door of the Marriott hotel. The lobby is all one level with elevators to other floors and to city creek shopping,parking lot.“
“Clean and well kept environment and my drink was delicious and just as I ordered! It did take quite some time to get my one single drink when I ordered inside and the drive thru wasn’t even slammed or else I would have understood the wait. Also the personal conversations between staff members need to have been toned down, I really don’t care if staff chat about their lives, but they were talking so loud I heard more than enough personal details I didn’t care to know and I was across the room not even trying to listen in.“
“This is my favorite Starbucks by work. I can typically get the and back in 10 minutes. The employees are all very friendly, and will remember your drink order. I prefer this location toon to the actual store down the street due to the level of customer service you get here. I'd recommend you swing in and say hi, and get you favorite coffee make quickly.“

“This Starbucks is probably one of the busiest locations in the valley because it is located in the U of U Hospital and healthcare providers are always tired & overworked. The amount of volume and fast service this location still does is so impressive, I give props to these baristas! Literally they are keeping this hospital going and running.The drinks have always been made properly and have always been just as delicious even with how busy the baristas are. I enjoy Frappuccino's the most, especially the Mocha Cookie Crumble one, so that is my usual order. I think because of the amount of orders that come through in a day, they do not allow online orders to mess with the queue (is what I believe), which may be kind inconvenient for some, but this location is almost purely for healthcare providers, so those who NEED a coffee will come and wait in the long-looking, but actually short line.Most people that come by the Starbucks do no sit in the area, they normally take their drink and go. This is a high-volume, to-go based Starbucks, so the turn over in the area is quite a lot and so there will normally be seats available if you're looking to sit. It may look crowded, but it's just providers waiting for their drink to take back to their unit.“
“Having to live out of a hotel for three weeks while a family member gets cancer treatment is very exhausting. This Starbucks was conveniently in the Huntsman Cancer Institute and the drinks were consistently perfect! If this Starbucks was near my house- I would be at this one every single day! I had an iced venti extra caramel, CM or a vanilla latte with whip- both types of drinks were made perfectly. They were very kind and speedy. My only complaint is having to charge customers a $1 for a cup of water (not bottled).“

“This review is purely for the pick up service. It's vastly superior to every other pick up service that I have experienced. The pick up service at Smith's differs from other chains because they do it in house. That means that the person picking out your veggies is an actual grocery employee. I can tell you that when I order with instacart, pick up or delivery, that frequently you get weird substitutions or they tell you that a store is out of something when you know that there's no way that they're out, or even sometimes they pick the worst example of the vegetable because they're not knowledgeable with produce. This kind of stuff never happens when I do Smith's pick up. It's almost like they read my mind! The quality of the produce and substitutions is always impeccable. Even my eggs are always intact! My only complaint is that I wish there was an option to choose no bags. My house is starting to over flow with bags. I frequently bring my own bags so I could easily use my own. Sometimes if there's not a lot of stuff, I will move the items from their bags into mine but it would be nice to have something more formal when checking out on the website.I also feel like shopping online and using the digital coupons saves me not only time but a lot of money. I'm able to quickly compare prices and do the math to figure out what's the best value. At the store, sometimes I'm in a rush to get out the door and I don't sit there and take my time to calculate the best option. The pick up option is another way that I save money because it prevents me from impulsively eating out. If you spend at least $35, pick up is free and it's almost as convenient as delivery. Everytime you cook a meal at home, even if it's a convenience frozen meal, you are saving money not eating out. I'd rather save my eating out experiences for more upscale experiences than end up eating out every other day out of pure convenience, just saying. Definitely take advantage of using their loyalty account and digital coupons. You can rack up savings ahead of time and not fuss with paper coupons. Also, you can rack up fuel points for free, no expensive membership fee required. It's all free! When you shop regularly, it's very easy to rack up enough fuel points to get $1 off per gallon every time you fuel up, and who couldn't benefit from that?“

“What can I say about Starbucks, there's nothing more to that is just a chain coffee. But it's so creative on how they added a drive-through going under Quattro Apartments. I thought that was so cool as the inside has that modern style. Staff are always friendly. Parking is limited here and sometimes when there's a long line on the drive through it sucks to get out.“

“I went in today for a pickup of 50# of catfood. There were two people ahead of me in line, so I thought this is going to take fifteen minutes. What I soon discovered was the petite dynamo behind the counter. She processed those two customers' refunds seamlessly and then asked how she could help me. I showed her my email and she looked it up, and then disappeared to the back. Another customer came up and asked me 'if anyone was working there?' At that moment Cami came around the corner carrying 50 pounds of cat food. Quick friendly, efficient; brawn and brains!“
“It's not very often that I step inside a Smith's and feel like I am in a garden. But that's just how I felt when I visited this Starbuck's location, inside the grocery store. It's very obvious that someone takes great pride in the ambience, because not a detail was missed. This is a place I could see myself hanging out while someone else does the dreaded grocery shopping. I had heard that this location sells pumpkin spice all year, and I had a hankering for it today. Sure enough, I got my fall fix even though it's spring time. Hooray!“
