Very good customer service. To illustrate, I asked for a coffee and did not specify the type of cream I wanted. When I realized my mistake, they kindly made another for me. Nice to see that we can get good service !

This Starbucks Coffee Company location offers very good customer service, as staff are consistently kind, helpful, and upbeat, creating good vibes. The service and quality of made-to-order items are much better than other locations. The drink was perfectly made and not rushed. The seating is comfortable and the atmosphere is cozy. However, the restaurant is inside a Marriott hotel and does not have WiFi, so computers cannot be used. Ordering on the app is allowed, but only a Starbucks card can be used, not a credit card. This location is recommended for hotel guests or those walking nearby, but not for people driving, as parking is unclear.
