We had to call them and have them turn the water back on constantly, then the shower was a trickle at best. To the point where several of us were late for an event because we could not take showers. Something bit me three times in the bed (I have pictures) and then they told half of our crew they were gonna move them to a different floor in the middle of our stay to accommodate a basketball team. This Starbucks Coffee Company location offers very good customer service, as staff are consistently kind, helpful, and upbeat, creating good vibes. The service and quality of made-to-order items are much better than other locations. The drink was perfectly made and not rushed. The seating is comfortable and the atmosphere is cozy. However, the restaurant is inside a Marriott hotel and does not have WiFi, so computers cannot be used. Ordering on the app is allowed, but only a Starbucks card can be used, not a credit card. This location is recommended for hotel guests or those walking nearby, but not for people driving, as parking is unclear.
