Starbucks in Sandy

“Please clean your bathrooms.
There is a liquid puddle in front of the toilet and barely any toilet paper. There is no paper towels and the air blower to dry hands is not working.
I also asked for a water and was told I had to buy something when my husband and I had bought coffees right before. Please do better Starbucks. I am in Starbucks almost every day across the country and at this specific location it could of been better“

“The best part of this location is the supee fast frive thru!!!!! I never have to worry about my drink being made wrong at this location! I can't consume dairy and this location always makes my drinks the way I order them! Trust me I can taste the difference! I always leave a tip too? Thanks 106th/mall ring road location for being the best in the valley!“

“The biggest problem with Starbucks in most locations, is it doesn't have a full menu available when you walk in. We constantly have to look it up on our phones to see what they have to offer for flavors and food. This amazes me how they sell the product when you don't even know they have it available“

“Andy is amazing! Gave me free drink when my malfunctioning cell wouldn’t pull up my stars or let me pay. But, there are so many amazing employees here. I don’t know their names, but they have done everything to make my drinks perfect, and to value and respect me as a customer. I remember all Starbucks were like this in the 1990s, thanks for maintaining the tradition!“

“I asked for Cheddar cheese on my Sandwich instead of Gouda... The Barista told me that I had two Buy two sandwiches and switch the cheese.. LoL, Another Morning Blonde Coffee Sunday! They also gave me an Extra Iced Carmel Marriciato!

“I stopped in specifically to grab my doggo a pup cup after taking him in for surgery. It was a rough day for me as his human.

What I thought would be, at most, an inconvenient procedure turned into being told he has a large mass and multiple tumors. They biopsied the tumors and sent them off to the lab, and did chest X-rays to see how far it may have spread. I’m still waiting to hear back from the lab and radiologist.

I walked into the store barely holding it together. I asked if you still did pup cups and even offered to pay. The kindness from the baristas in that moment meant more than they’ll ever know. She even mentioned that it was a special pup cup.

When I got to my car, I just broke down and cried while he happily tore into his pup cup like nothing in the world was wrong. My dog is my world — anyone who knows me will tell you that.

Those baristas will always have a special place in my heart. We’ll be stopping by after each of his treatments for a pup cup, and I’ll be leaving a generous tip each time.

Whatever the reasons behind some of the negative reviews I’ve seen for this location — I just don’t buy the “mean” or “rude” comments. What I experienced was compassion and simple human kindness. Sometimes what’s perceived as rudeness may simply be entitlement showing through on the customer side.
