The reason it loses a star is the music: it's too loud. I wear Sony Noise cancelling headphones and Air pods Pro's, I can still hear it). There was one day where a whole album of a notorious homewrecker was being played and as someone who tries to go to the location to relax / focus, it was a little triggering for my own reasons..Anyway, the location is great and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a good drink, service and mountain views.
Can the staff play better music? I cannot listen to loud trashy (my fiancée calls it homewrecker music) for 3 hrs. We have headphones and can still hear it like MY GOD MY EARS. Variety is the key. This is a great Starbucks otherwise.

The refurbished the Starbucks with new padded seating that makes it extremely comfortable to sit and have coffee. I love my Starbucks and how it's always good no matter where you go to. The employees were very friendly my drinks were made correctly!
