I was surprised to see the drive -thru so empty this AM, but understood why once I started my order. They have a freaking AI setup that cannot understand orders that are not straight forward. I was trying to get 1 1/2 dozens of 8 glazed and the rest assorted flavors and it kept adding milk and other things to the order. Don’t go unless the hot light is on. I’m completely confused how going to a donut shop on the weekend or in the morning, we are being served COLD, DRIED OUT, DAY OLD DONUTS.
This isn’t unfortunately a one off, this is the THIRD time this has happened. 2 x’s on a Sunday morning and another on a Monday morning. Disgusting. Ordered some donuts today and wanted to try the key lime donut. Had absolutely no key lime flavor? The icing was green, but neither that or the creme inside had anything resembling lime in it. It was just pure sugar flavor🤢
