Ordered pickup order from their store on the Krispy Kreme website. I show up and my shoes are just sticking to the floor from how dirty it is and I finally get to the counter to pick up my order, and apparently they didn't have any of the things I ordered and at first they even refused to refund my order until they had someone come out who knew how to. Never coming to this location again.

We placed an order a day before my daughter's birthday and received confirmation. Today when I arrived to pick it up, they had our order receipt but stated they did not make it and they cannot. Horrible service as this was for a birthday party and they gave us no notice that the order could not be completed.The First Lady that I talked to told me my wife never placed an order, once I called my wife, she gave a receipt to another worker to talk to me which was our order receipt. They didn't apologize and tried to say we did not make an order. We received no notice whatsoever that they could not fulfill the order until I showed up at the store. Horrible customer service as the workers were rude and did not give us any notification on this.

Not only are the doughnuts really good, but we got there at the perfect time to watch them being made. The kids had a blast eating a doughnut while watching the dough go thru its steps to be a doughnut.

I'm not a donut expert, but I've always loved the original glazed, fresh out of the oven. Today's were no exception, very delicious. One second, and we inhaled outs. That's not the reason I'm writing this review though, I'm writing it because all the employees were SO nice and sweet to us.We came with our almost 3 year old, who loved watching through the glass as the donuts come off the press. We were watching for a few minutes when one of the ladies that was working on the line there saw him, and was really sweet and playful through the glass. She then surprised our little boy with a sample donut, which made him very happy. They continued to play with him, smiling and such.They were very polite and provided extremely noteworthy service, thus me writing this review. Little things like this make me smile. Thank you for a lovely experience with our boy!

You just can't beat a fresh Krispy Kreme donut! So good! But, today, I'm not sure about what was happening, it was like they mopped the floor with the donut glaze. It was so sticky!

I called to place an order for a dozen to pick up later and they told me they don't do pre-orders (on less than 10). Then I was told to go on the app or online to place a pre-order for pickup. So...clearly you CAN make a pre-order, they just refuse to do it over the phone. That makes absolutely no sense.

This used to be a prime operation where I could expect to receive excellent service. However, I found during my visit earlier today that staff were distracted, inaccurate, and sloppy. I was continuously cut off while placing my order and staff were not friendly while trying to place my order in the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window, they had forgotten half of my order and I had to repeat everything I had ordered. I was never prompted for my rewards account. When I asked for a receipt, it took them several minutes to figure out how to print out a copy of a receipt. When they did provide me with a receipt, it was completely inaccurate but I think they may have undercharged me so I didn’t make a fuss about it. Overall, quite disappointing since I drive 20+ minutes looking forward to my experience only to be let down. I’ll be rethinking visiting this location again and probably passing on visiting again.

The place is located in a quite strategic place, it was very clean inside, it has space to sit and enjoy the donuts and a coffee. The cleanliness of the tables is very good. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is also quite good. The doors have for people with disabilities, it has ramps to be able to move around easily, it has parking spaces for disabled people, the donuts are five stars, the coffee is three stars, but the atmosphere and the treatment of the employees is very pleasant and the place deserves five. stars or moreKid-friendliness: You can see the production process and it is entertaining for childrenWheelchair accessibility: Adequate doors and ramps plus plenty of space in the bathroom for wheelchairs

This is a great Krispy Kreme joint! Wonderful location! And they had hot glazed too! I will say, it was definitely understaffed as there was one person doing drive thru and the counter for in store. I felt really bad for the guy.
