“Monica and the other girl there was sooooo amazing. I had just came from a previous Starbucks that closed early and had a bad experience, so when Monica went above and beyond for my nephew it meant a lot. They’re so kind! They pulled two chocolate croissants for me, even though they were for the next day. I will always go to this location now!“
“One time they gave me the wrong coffee (used the wrong beans with the espresso machine), but they admitted their mistake and fixed it. There are a few Starbucks here in Utah that argue with customers when they make mistakes. In my experience, West Jordan, Murray, and Riverton (Bangerter) were horrible. I only drink espresso, no other coffees, every day, so I know what it tastes like. However, this location is very nice.“
“the people here without fail have been truly some of the best. i also have grown to really really appreciate max. i believe he's a manager here and whenever i hear his voice over the speakers to take my order i am excited. he's so kind, funny, and just help and community oriented. i truly adore the people here.“
“The papusas were excellent!! I had the chicken and my son had the pork. Very impressed with their deliciousness and freshness. I will definitely eat there again. Service was very slow, and we were not presented with a menu, at all! The atmosphere was not great, but the food was well worth the visit!!“
“What could be more basic than a Target and a Starbucks? well, hey, if it works, it works! I found myself grabbing a few things at Target and then sent to Starbucks on an errand from my wife who absolutely had to have a Pink Drink. Order fulfilled. Happy wife=happy life, right?A couple observations about the setup here-the entrance to the line is slightly confusing. I went in the wrong way and only figured it out when I saw a couple customers come in after me and went the right way. Could be just me. Probably was. Also, there wasn't really anywhere to sit, but there was space that looked like it might have been for tables at some point. Maybe they removed them? There's also a soda machine and Icee machine where you can fill up on other non-coffee drinks. This is a brilliant move, considering that many of the folks here don't drink coffee and/or have multiple kids in tow that would love a drink too. Service was fine-but there was only one person working and as more customers entered the line (the right way) it took awhile for her to catch up. But kudos to her for working as fast as she could.“
“Love this Starbucks location! It’s super close to my house and the staff there are usually super nice and friendly. If there’s a delay in getting my drink, they often ask me about my day or what I have coming up. This location is phenomenal if you plan on hitting it up first thing in the morning (before 6:30). It then starts getting busy by 7 and ramps into full popularity by 9 AM where it’s not uncommon to see the drive thru line back up onto the nearby streets and start blocking traffic. At that point, even parking and going in to pick up an order becomes a challenge. I’m sure it would have been hard to predict this level of popularity when they were building this location but it would be nice if they had added a second lane. The wait is worth it though. They get my order accurate every time and the only issue I’ve experienced with their drinks has been that occasionally my espresso based drinks (Iced Carmel Macchiato) will come out with the coffee tasting like shoe leather to the point I can’t drink it. But then I think maybe they clean the machine and a week later, they’re back to business as usual. And their nitro cold brew always comes out delicious! I also recommend the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich. I know faux meat is often overdone on menus and not done well but it’s a great source of protein and Starbucks seems to have figured out the secret to making it taste good so try it out on your next visit.“
