Products were great but Ashley out the young girl with the pony tail at the drive through at 2:30 pm on Sunday...had a rude manner and was very unprofessional in how she was dealing with us. I've never minded a problem occurring but don't give me attitude like I've done something wrong because there's issues in your end...especially with a rude attitude.
Gratitude review! Every time we've been to this Starbucks the service is prompt and friendly. This time was just as good. We were greeted upon entering the lobby and someone who was busy told us that someone would be with us soon. It's nice being acknowledged :) such a small gesture makes such a positive difference in atmosphere and we appreciate it!
