I went through the drive-thru and ordered but when I paid I noticed they charged me for the wrong order. When I let the employee at the window know, he got an attitude and rudely asked for the receipt and bag they handed me. I told him I got the wrong order and need it corrected and his attitude and choice of words got worse and that's when I went inside to speak with a manager. I like to get breakfast here a lot as I work nightshift. However, I had the night off, so I decided to go to McDonald's at 11pm on a friday night. I ordered my food and when I got to the first window there was a 2 women. One who was clearly new and training as she was unfamiliar with the screen used to enter orders.
