Went there for years was good, last five times in the food was Cold and gross. Texted McDonald's corporate said the local store would contact me. Nothing to this day. They don't care, neither do I. Go to Carl's Jr now has been very good and cheaper ?.

I should probably give a higher rating because they forced my wife and I to order somewhere else and we got better food.That said, I started ordering a happy meal for my daughter, and mid order, because of the lack of attentive listening (or the fact that there was so much goofing off and noise in the back of house) the order taker thought I said no drink and changed the order to a 4pc nugget. I told her I wanted a happy meal. She says "yeah but you said no drink, a happy meal comes with a drink." Of which I replied I said coke to drink and was able to order the cheeseburger ketchup only (which I did speak slower and louder do to the previous order issue).After that she shut off the mic and completed my order forcing me to the window.1. Even if I said no drink I ordered a happy meal, I would have just helped your bottom line.2. Tell everyone be quiet so you can hear.The manager on duty would not even come to the window do discuss the fact that I had not finished ordering.Order taker and manager on duty....Thank you for showing the value of your customer.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered but when I paid I noticed they charged me for the wrong order. When I let the employee at the window know, he got an attitude and rudely asked for the receipt and bag they handed me. I told him I got the wrong order and need it corrected and his attitude and choice of words got worse and that's when I went inside to speak with a manager. The manager inside-Mathew, who has piercings and tattoos, was very helpful, he was attentive and understanding and he was extremely calm and respectful, he gave me the correct order and even threw in an extra sandwich for the hassle. That assistant manager needs a raise and some kind of recognition for the awesome job he's doing. That manager is the only reason this review is a good review. That's what CUSTOMER SERVICE is. and I hope the store manager and owner both see this review and talk to him about a promotion and/or raise because nobody else in that store did anything or had anything to say except for him. If they want people like that to continue working for a place like McDonald's, that franchise should recognize the amount of effort that managers like him are putting into the job. And reward said effort- notjust recognize it. I go to this location often, and I speak with that manager often. something positive should be done for that manager before spring.
